3-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions
This free 3-day trial is to Hi-Bid.com - the web's largest searchable online database with the results of Collector Car Auctions from around the world!
HOW TO REDEEM; OFFER INFORMATION
To redeem your free 3-day trial subscription to Hi-Bid.com ("Trial") you must be 18 years old at the time of redemption and appropriately complete the registration and subscription forms. As part of the enrollment process for the Trial, you will be required to submit a valid credit card. If you do not cancel your subscription (see How To Resign below) during the Trial period, you will be billed $49.95 per year for the subscription to Hi-Bid.com. Your Trial includes access to Hi-Bid.com's entire site and begins immediately upon approval of the order request by Hi-Bid.com. Hi-Bid.com reserves the right to refuse any Trial or subscription for any reason. Limit one Trial per person. Any attempt by a person to redeem more than one Trial shall subject such subsequent applications to be billed the full annual subscription fee of $49.95. Void where prohibited. Hi-Bid.com may discontinue this offer at any time.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility is limited to non-subscribers of Hi-Bid.com that are 18 years of age or older. Current subscribers are not eligible.
BILLING UPON EXPIRATION
Upon the completion of your Trial period, you will be automatically billed for a Hi-Bid.com subscription for the rate and term you select when you sign up for your Trial. Thereafter, your subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly/annual basis at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate until you submit your resignation.
In order to avoid any payments to Hi-Bid.com you must resign your Trial prior to the end of your Trial (that is, before the end of the third day) by logging into www.Hi-Bid.com, selecting "Account Settings" and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button.
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Your Trial and any subsequent subscriptions are governed by all of the terms and conditions on the Hi-Bid.com site, including but not limited to the Hi-Bid.com Terms of Use. The Terms of Use can be found by going to www.Hi-Bid.com and clicking on the "Terms of Use" link or by clicking here.
PRIVACY
All information supplied by you to Hi-Bid.com is subject to the Hi-Bid.com Privacy Policy which can be found at www.Hi-Bid.com or by clicking here.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Hi-Bid.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Hi-Bid.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials consistent with this Trial or subsequent use of Hi-Bid.com. If, for any reason, the Trial offer is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hi-Bid.com which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Trial offer, Hi-Bid.com, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any Trials. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MATCH.COM WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
